Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program

Chief Minister Of the Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif Launched a Housing project Named “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program”    اپنی چھت اپنا گھر پروگرام    for the low-income  people of the Punjab. Under this program the provincial government will provide 100,000 houses or apartments on easy conditions and installments within four and half years with 3 execution models .  This initiative may prove a blessing for  people who could not afford their own house. This is a great initiative in the Housing Sector of the Punjab. 

وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف نے پنجاب کے کم آمدنی والے افراد کے لیے “اپنی چھٹ اپنا گھر پروگرام” کے نام سے ہاؤسنگ منصوبے کا آغاز کیا۔ اس پروگرام کے تحت صوبائی حکومت ساڑھے چار سالوں میں آسان شرائط اور اقساط پر 100,000 مکانات یا اپارٹمنٹس فراہم کرے گی۔  یہ اقدام ان لوگوں کے   لیے ایک نعمت ثابت ہو سکتا ہے جو اپنے گھر کا خرچ نہیں اٹھا سکتے۔ پنجاب کے ہاؤسنگ سیکٹر میں یہ بہت اچھا اقدام ہے۔

Punjab Housing and Town Planning Department is an executing agency of this program and Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department ( UD & PHED) is an administrative department. 

پنجاب ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ٹاؤن پلاننگ ڈیپارٹمنٹ اس پروگرام کی ایک ایگزیکیوٹنگ ایجنسی ہے اور اربن ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ پبلک ہیلتھ انجینئرنگ ڈیپارٹمنٹ (UD & PHED) ایک انتظامی محکمہ ہے۔

Execution Model – II ( Tentative 20,000 Houses )

In this Model, Under “ Apni Chhat apna Ghar program” the Punjab government will support construction of low-cost 20,000 housing units on 20% land within each private housing society or scheme which is approved by Punjab Housing and Town Agency (PHATA) according to APHS rules 2020.                                                                        اس ماڈل میں، “اپنی چھٹ اپنا گھر پروگرام” کے تحت، پنجاب حکومت ہر نجی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی  اسکیم کے اندر 20% اراضی پر کم لاگت کے 20,000 ہاؤسنگ یونٹس کی تعمیر میں معاونت کرے گی جس کی منظوری پنجاب ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ٹاؤن ایجنسی کے مطابق ہے  ۔  اے پی ایچ ایس کے قوانین 2020 ۔

Execution Model-III ( interest free Loan for 70,000 housing units)

According to this model the government of the Punjab under the Apni Chhat apna Ghar Program  will provide  interest free loans to eligible peoples for construction of 70,000 housing units. The eligibility criteria is given below. 

اس ماڈل کے مطابق پنجاب حکومت اپنا چھٹ اپنا گھر پروگرام کے تحت 70,000 ہاؤسنگ یونٹس کی تعمیر کے لیے اہل افراد کو بلاسود قرضے فراہم کرے گی۔ اہلیت کا معیار ذیل میں دیا گیا ہے۔

Eligibility Criteria for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program

• Applicants must be resident of Punjab 5 Marla plot in urban and 10 Marla in rural area.
• Maximum loan amount 15,000,00.
• Time period of loan 7 years with monthly easy installments.
• Disbursement of loan in tranches.
• Operational cost a
• nd taxes will be paid by the government of the Punjab.
